What Services Do We Offer?
We offer a variety of on site, off site, and coordination services. Whether you rent with us or not, we can provide day of coordination, coordination of vendors, custom favors, invitations, and decorating services.Â

Onsite Services
Day-of-Coordination
Let us make sure the day of your event goes smoothly and the plans that you made are carried out properly. We will oversee vendors, manage the timeline of the event, and handle any last minute challenges that arise. We will make sure everything is ready for your event.

- Some venues require day-of-coordinators even if the wedding is DIY

Food Serving
What it entails
- 1 server per 25 guests
- Serves buffet style or cafeteria style
- Cafeteria style helps with portion control
- Keeps serving dishes full
- Does not include food, just serving to guests
- Cut & serve cakes and other desserts
- Serve non-alcoholic drinks
Can be used at any event
Decor Services
What it entails
- Using our decor or yours, we will set up and take down according to your specifications
- If using our decor…
- We will deliver for free within a 15 mile radius of Dayton, Tx
- Offer a consultation to look at decor and choose what you would like
- Price may change based off how much/what type of decor you choose
Trash Removal
What it entails
- Must be an add-on with another service
- Will take bagged & tied trash that will not fit in residential trash can
Used by any event
- Useful if the event is at your house and don’t have room for the trash
Offsite Services
What do all of these entail
- Consultation to discuss what you would like, quantity, and budget
- You will get a quote within 1 week or less of service fee + product cost
- Must be ordered at least 4 weeks prior to your desired delivery date
Coordination Services
Let us be the one point of contact to coordinate the wide variety of services that you need for your event. We can locate, or refer vendors, or coordinate with your preferred vendors. We can arrange for services from the vendors working within the constraints of your budget. Some example of types of vendors we can coordinate with include (but is not limited to)
